It goes on nearly everything

I got a bottle from my work’s farmers market and since have eaten it with nearly everything! It goes so well with goat cheese on bread and is absolutely to die for on oven roasted salmon. Absolutely delicious and I am already planning to get more when I run out.

I really like the sweet and spicy flavor, but the consistency is a lot thicker than I was expecting. I thought I would be able to pour or drizzle the honey, but I actually have to scoop and spread it...lol But overall, the taste is good.
