Subscription Policy

We at Gloria’s Shito take pride in being able to offer our products to our customers. As part of our mission to create joy, love and appreciation for Ghanaian culture, we offer our customers a subscription to purchase our products. We recognize that by offering a subscription, we give customers the ability to consistently access and enjoy our products. Subscriptions are the best way to obtain our products as they ensure your favorite items are delivered to your door on a regular basis, so you never run out of the products you love. 

Our subscription plans offer flexibility and savings, allowing you to customize your delivery schedule, use automatic billing, modify your product selections, and manage your account with ease. Whether you're a weekly or monthly subscriber, our goal is to provide a seamless, hassle-free experience that fits your lifestyle. Please review this subscription policy for more details. 

Starting a Subscription

We offer an item or bundle specific subscription. Simply, chose the product(s) you want a subscription for and place an order with the subscription option. You would be able to chose the number of items to be deliver and their frequency of delivery. We currently offer subscriptions based on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly schedule. 

Billing

When you subscribe, your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or bi-monthly,) based on your selected subscription plan. All charges will be automatically processed with the payment information you used according to the billing frequency you choose at the time of subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription preferences directly from your email, your account on our website, or you can reach out to us to make any changes. This includes changing the delivery frequency, modifying the items in your subscription, updating your billing information, switching delivery addresses, pausing your subscription, or canceling at any time without penalties. 

Please allow us sufficient time to accommodate your changes. Any changes made will be applied to the next billing cycle but the changes must be made prior to the next billing cycle. 

Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least five business days before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any subscription fees already paid. You can directly cancel your subscription by either through your email, account, or contact us to cancel. 

If your payment method was charged after your cancellation, please contact us immediately to request a refund. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy for more information regarding refunds and the refund process. 

Failure to Update Billing Information

Our subscription system uses automatic billing. If you want continuous subscriptions, please make sure you update and maintain your correct billing information. That is your responsibility. If your payment information gets declined or we become unable to process your payment, we will notify you through email notification for you to update your payment information. You are solely responsible for any delays, damages, or other issues that arise in your failure to update and maintain correct billing information. As a result, we are not responsible for any additional charges or fees you incur. 

Please be aware that any delays as a result of a failure to process your payment information shall not delay any subsequent subscription orders and that you would still be charged for the delayed order. 

If you fail to update your billing information after 3 business days of us sending you an email notice of our failure to process your payment, we may cancel your subscription. If we do, we will provide you with an email notification of the cancellation. 

Retainment of Billing Information

Since our subscription service uses automatic billing, we would need to retain all your billing and payment information in order for you to receive your subscription items. We keep your billing and payment information confidential and access it when we charge you in the beginning of each billing or delivery cycle. Your information will be kept in our system. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to see how we collect, kept, use, and share your information. 

Product Availability and Substitutions 

In the event that a product in your subscription is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value. We will notify you in advance of any substitutions. If you have indicated a specific item to be a substitute for those in your subscription, we will use that item as the substitute. If no substitutions are available, we will provide you a refund subject to our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy. You may also choose to cancel the subscription or pause the subscription until the item is available again. 

Restrictions

Some items may not be available for subscriptions. All subscriptions are subject to their availability. Subscriptions or certain items for subscriptions may not be available to you depending on the location of your delivery. 

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time for any reasons. If we do, we will provide you with an email notification of the cancellation.

Shipping and Handling

All subscription orders will be shipped using our carrier Sendle and according to the delivery schedule you choose. We are committed to ensuring timely deliveries; however, shipping times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.  

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Items

If any of the items from your subscription becomes lost, missing, or damaged, please notify us immediately so we can work together to resolve any issues together. Please make sure you keep your order number or confirmation as well as account details and payment information available. We are not responsible for any damage or other issues you directly or indirectly caused regarding your order. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

If any items are lost, missing, or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can provide any returns, refunds, and exchanges, if approved. We will not provide returns, refunds, and/or exchanges for any damages or issues regarding your items that you directly or indirectly caused.  For more information about that process, please refer to our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy.

Changes to the Subscription Policy 

Subscriptions are important to us. We may update this subscription policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other carrier, operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please review this page periodically for any updates.
