Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
Here at Gloria’s Shito, we do our best to provide you with the best products and shopping experience. Gloria’s Shito takes each order seriously and that is why we take our time to process each order to make sure each order are accurate, arrives on time, and without any issues. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occur. An order may get lost, go missing, or arrive damaged. That is why we have an extensive returns, refunds, and exchanges policy to make sure you are satisfied with each order you make. Please take a look at the following policies so that you understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at Gloria’s Shito.
How To Initiate the Process
If your order is lost, missing, arrives damaged, or have any other issues, please contact us at Shop@gloriasshito.com with your order number and details. Your request must be within 30 days from the date of deliver and must include a receipt or proof of purchase to be considered. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. For damaged items, please include photos of the damage in your email. We are not responsible for any damage or other issues you directly or indirectly caused regarding your order. We will not provide returns, refunds, and/or exchanges for any of those instances.
Returns
Once you contact us to initiate a return, we will work with you to determine whether a return can be approved. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Unapproved returned items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We will approve the return within 5 – 10 business days after we received your request. We will provide you with the necessary materials to effectuate the return such as shipping labels for all domestic orders.
Refunds
Refunds for orders must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds requested outside this window will not be considered. We will approve the refund within 5 – 10 business days after we receive your request. We will notify you if a refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after either the refund has been approved which for refunds for returned items, the returned items have been received and inspected. Please remember that refunds can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Your refund may have certain deductions such as the original shipping cost for the delivery and any other costs to effectuate the return and/or refund, such as the shipping costs for the return and the restocking fee.
Exchanges
All exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered. In order for your exchange to be processed and approved, you must provide us with your order number, date of delivery, photos of the items if they are damaged or to show they have been unused, unopened, and with the original tags and packaging. We will approve the exchange within 5–10 business days after we received your request. You then have 5-10 business days to ship us the items you wish to exchange. Items returned to us for an exchange outside this window will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Unapproved returned items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. The new exchanged items will be shipped after the exchange is approved, subject to our Shipping Policy. We shall pay all costs associated with shipping the new exchanged items
Restrictions
Returns will only be accepted for items that were unused, unopen, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Any item returned in a condition that does not meet these criteria will be ineligible for return and will not be refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds can only be requested for damaged, missing, or lost items or returns. Refunds will not be approved if you cannot show the items have been damaged, missing, or lost or if a return has been denied. No partial refunds for items are allowed.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, a refund will be offered so long as they pass our inspection and be approved by us according to this Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange for any reason.
Return Shipping Costs
We shall be responsible for all costs associated with the return. We shall cover all the shipping expenses to return your order. We shall cover the restocking fee. For international orders, return shipping costs and any associated customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs including any restocking fee and refund the full amount, including original shipping.
Change of Payment
If your request for a refund is approved, we will process the return to your original payment method. If the refund is unable to go through, we will notify you via email notification that we were unable to process your refund. If you fail to provide us with an alternative payment method to process your refund within 5 business days of us sending you the email notification, we will rescind the refund. When the refund is rescinded, you will not be able to request a refund for the same order.
Changes
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are part of our customer experience and we may need to make changes to our policies. We may update this returns, refunds, and exchanges policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other carrier, operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
