Terrible

This is the poorest quality shito sauce I’ve encountered. Having tried numerous brands over the years, I found this product disappointing and believe it doesn’t live up to the standards one would expect from authentic shito.

Quality is in our brand’s DNA, and poor quality is not what we do. Gloria’s Shito is made with fresh ingredients like ginger, onions, and habanero peppers, and we use only olive oil unlike many Shito sauces that rely on vegetable or canola oils. Our products are made in an FDA-approved manufacturing facility, not in an unregulated home kitchen or factory.

If the issue is related to flavor, it may help to note that our Shito is vegan and made without fish powder, which traditional Ghanaian Shito often includes. If that’s what you were expecting, that may explain the difference in taste.

Goes with EVERYTHING!

This is the BEST chili oil on the market. The flavor is impeccable and I use it on all of my dishes. I am truly a fan.

Wanted a taste of home

I like the Shito! I am away from home (NYC), so I am not able to easily access my grandmother's Shito and wanted to try Gloria's Shito. I like that she has different spice levels and that it's vegan. My only con is the pepper seeds, it kind of distracted me from fully enjoying it. But overall I like it. It's a little taste of home. I may order some more in the future

The spices are "spicying" (careful, but delish!)

This is an amazing product, but it is very spicy indeed. I tolerate spices pretty well, but this one is pretty challenging to taste, although it is good. The package, unfortunately, arrived all oily and messed up. I was looking forward to post it on IG and my other socials to support the brand, but it was seriously so messed up that it was not worthy to show the bottle in those conditions. I'm sure that is more of a shipping issue more than anything else. I hope this product gets to be sold somewhere in the east coast too, because it is not very convenient to wait so long to get it shipped. I wish there was a milder option to this product. Shoutout to Gloria and her team, though!

Blew my mind

Absolutely delicious!! I’ve never tried this type of chili oil but you best believe it will become a staple in my pantry. I’ve eaten it on everything!!!
