Shake and Sprinkle Pineapple Shrimp Skewers

Summer grilling doesn’t need to be complicated to be special. These Shito-Spiced Shrimp & Pineapple Skewers are smoky, juicy, and bright, with just the right kick. Shrimp and pineapple are a classic pairing but the Shito Shake and Sprinkle takes it somewhere else. The shrimp cook quickly and stay tender while the pineapple chars and gets sweeter.

What you will need:

  1. 1 lb large shrimp

  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  3. 2 cups pineapple, cut into chunks 

  4. 3 tablespoons Gloria’s Shito Shake and Sprinkle seasoning 

  5. Wooden or metal skewers 

  6. Salt to taste 

  7. Lime wedges for serving 

Here is how:


  1. Prepare the skewers.
    If you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes. Thread shrimp and pineapple onto skewers.

  2. Drizzle and Season.
    Drizzle with olive oil and season with Shito Shake and Sprinkle. Add a little salt if you want.

  3. Grill.
    Grill over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and the pineapple is caramelized.

Serve and enjoy.
Finish with lime juice and serve right away
