Summer grilling doesn’t need to be complicated to be special. These Shito-Spiced Shrimp & Pineapple Skewers are smoky, juicy, and bright, with just the right kick. Shrimp and pineapple are a classic pairing but the Shito Shake and Sprinkle takes it somewhere else. The shrimp cook quickly and stay tender while the pineapple chars and gets sweeter.
What you will need:

1 lb large shrimp

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups pineapple, cut into chunks

3 tablespoons Gloria’s Shito Shake and Sprinkle seasoning

Wooden or metal skewers
-
Salt to taste

Lime wedges for serving
Here is how:

Prepare the skewers.
If you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes. Thread shrimp and pineapple onto skewers. -
Drizzle and Season.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with Shito Shake and Sprinkle. Add a little salt if you want. -
Grill.
Grill over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and the pineapple is caramelized.
Serve and enjoy.
Finish with lime juice and serve right away
