Gloria's Shito Spicy Chili Oil Pasta (Serves Two)

Elevate your pasta night with Gloria's Shito Pasta, a simple yet flavorful recipe that spotlights our signature chili oil. This easy spaghetti dish is made with just a few ingredients like olive oil, parmesan, and the star - Gloria's Shito chili oil.


  1. 8 oz spaghetti
  2. 1 teaspoon salt
  3. 4 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
  5.  Gloria's Shito Chili Oil


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water (1 tsp salt) and olive oil (2 Tbsp) to a boil.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  3. Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
  4. Return pasta to pot and toss with olive oil to coat.
  5. Transfer spaghetti to serving bowls.
  6. Just before serving, drizzle 2 Tbsp Gloria's Shito directly onto each bowl of pasta.
  7. Top with shaved parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the spicy, creamy flavors!
